"Stone and Sea - permanence at rest, permanence in motion." I'm drawn to the moods of large bodies of water, as they display different facades for the deep moods. Some crash, some splash, some just pool at the edges. All are mysterious, hiding much more than they show to us, the creatures of the solid land.
