"Not Quite Spring in Zion"

There is still snow on the ground in April at Zion National Park. The branches of Taylor and La Verkin Creeks have carved narrow canyons in the red Navajo sandstone rocks of the Upper Kolob Plateau. Double Arch Alcove lies about two miles further up Taylor Creek from this shot.
