Ordering Prints
I'm a pretty serious computer geek, so I'm familiar with the extremely slick and automated "shopping cart" type features on the big Web sites. You won't find that here. There are three reasons:
- This is not a big Web site, and I don't want to turn it into one.
- Each time I sell one of my photographic images, I custom print that image in the size and on the medium that best meets your needs.
- I'd rather stick with a personal approach, and make sure you get exactly what you want.
So, here's how ordering works:
- Pick the image(s) you'd like to order, and decide on the size and medium for each image. The ordering number is in the description of each image; for the Featured Print, just note the size and print type (fine art paper or canvas.)
- Then, send an email to orders@landscapeimpact.com with the information about the image(s) you want and a telephone number at which you can be reached.
- I will call you at that number to confirm the details of your print(s) and shipping info, and to get payment information. You can use MasterCard or Visa (which speeds the process along), or a bank or personal check (which will just take a bit longer going through the clearing process.)
- I'll custom print your selected image(s) to your order, and will ship you the image(s).
That's it! Not particularly high-tech, just human-to-human commerce. Thanks for your patronage!

"What Can I Buy?"
I'm glad you asked that question. All the images in all the galleries are available for purchase, unless the print limit on a particular series has been reached (more about that in the next paragraph.) You have your choice of size and of printing medium to make each print uniquely yours.
Sizes
Three sizes are available: Personal, Impression, and Impact. Impression images are limited to a series of 500 numbered prints and Impact images are limited to a series of 250 numbered prints; Personal-sized images are not in limited series. For all the images other than panoramas, the sizes (in inches) are:
| Personal | Impression | Impact | |
| Mat size (for frame) | 16x20 | 24x30 | 30x40 |
| Print size (approx) | 10x14 | 14x20 | 20x30 |
For panoramas, the sizes (in inches) are:
| Personal | Impression | Impact | |
| Mat size (for frame) | 8x23 | 12x36 | 24x72 |
| Print size (approx) | 6x18 | 9x28 | 20x60 |
Please note that images do vary a bit from these "standard" dimension, based upon the cropping of a particular image. Also, for prints on canvas, the print size will be as stated above, and the remainder of the canvas will be used to provide sufficient "wrap around" material for your framer.
Regardless of size, all prints are hand-signed by the artist. Impression and Impact prints are numbered on the print.
Let's discuss size for just a moment. Don't underestimate the power of a larger print size. The images in all the galleries are intended to bring the Wild into your daily life; letting more of the natural world in just intensifies the pleasure you'll get every day when you view your print. I've had folks ask, "Won't a large image overpower my room?" My answer is, "No, but it will give the room a fantastic feeling of beauty."
Here's how Impact prints look in home and office settings. First, in a law office conference room:

And here, in a private residence:

In both instances, these Impact prints set the tone for the room, but they don't "take over." You can enjoy the same wonderful effect in your home or workplace.
All the images can be printed on two different but equally beautiful fine art media. For framed prints, I use Moab's Entrada 290 Bright fine art paper. This is a 100% cotton, acid and lignin free fine art paper, with a matte finish. It produces a deep and lovely print. For canvas, I use Epson's Piezo Pro Matte Canvas. This is a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, with a fine, tight weave that combines great detail with a subtle texture for a true artistic look and feel. Both are fantastic presentations, but they provide two distinct "feels."
All prints on Entrada are provided with a neutral, off-white mat cut to fit the print, and are shipped flat in protective packaging. Prints on canvas are shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready to be stretched by your local framer.

Buy With Confidence
Online shopping can be a bit scary, since you can't "touch the merchandise." When it comes to fine art, there is the added issue that images on the Web can never precisely reflect the real objects being shown. When you buy from Landscape Impact, there are three reasons not to be concerned.
First, you're covered by the Landscape Impact "I Love It" promise. When you get your print, hang it and live with it. If you are not satisfied and can't say, "I love it", then I want to fix the problem. Let me know what you are unhappy about, and I'll either exchange the print for another one, issue a credit towards a future purchase, or refund the amount you paid. (See the "Return" details below.) You have 180 days to decide, so you can be sure the print is exactly right.
Second, you're entitled to the "Upgrade Forever" program. If you ever decide you would like a larger version of your Personal or Impression-sized print, you can upgrade to a larger size of that print (if the series is still open) for just the difference between the prices at that time. If your print has sold out in the larger size, I'll work with you to substitute an appropriate print.
Third, you're protected by the "No Fear of Fading" warranty. If you ever feel your print has faded, just return the print and we'll replace it with a new one. (See the "Care and Feeding" details below.) The archival paper, canvas, and inks used for all Landscape Impact prints make it unlikely you'll ever need this warranty, but it's there for you just in case.
Returns
For all returns, we do require that the print be in like-new, salable condition when it gets back to us; you are responsible for packing and shipping, and we definitely recommend you insure the shipment. The original shipping cost is not refundable. You must contact Landscape Impact (email or phone) before sending a return; unannounced returns will be refused.
Care and Feeding
Each print is accompanied by a short instruction sheet on the care of your new artwork. You must have followed those instructions in order to exercise a claim under the "No Fear of Fading" warranty; following the instructions will also insure your print remains in like-new condition for any return.
Legal Notice
