- This site is owned by, and the contents of this site are copyrighted by, Digital Art + Magic, LLC ("DA+M") and/or Christopher K. Sandberg, and all rights thereto are reserved, except as stated in these Terms of Use.
- Viewers of this site may make, by means of the routine functioning of their computer hardware and Internet browser software, temporary and transitory copies of the images contained on this site, solely for personal use while viewing the site, and may not retain, store, publish, or distribute any of the contents of this site without the prior written permission of DA+M. Individuals who have subscribed to the Landscape Impact mailing list may use the Desktop Images to which they have private access for their personal use as computer sceen backgrounds; no other use (and no distribution) is permitted.
- No commercial use of any portion of this site nor the images contained on this site may be made in any manner, without the prior written permission of DA+M.
- You understand and agree, by your use of this site, that DA+M may keep general statistical information regarding visits to and use of this site. DA+M will not take steps to obtain or retain information regarding the identity of visitors to this site other than by offering an explicit means for visitors to sign up for additional information or to place orders.
- If you sign up to receive email from DA+M, your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than providing you information about this site.
- If you place an order for merchandise with DA+M, DA+M will collect sufficient information to process and deliver that order. DA+M will handle that information with the same degree of care that DA+M uses for similar information of its own. DA+M does not intend that there will be materials on this site which infringe the copyrights of third parties. Upon proper notice, DA+M will take the steps called for in the DMCA to remove or block access to allegedly infringing materials, while it provides notice to the person(s) alleged to done such infringing. Further actions by DA+M will be in compliance with the DMCA, and will depend on the actions of third parties. If there should be repeated infringing activity by a third party, DA+M will take appropriate steps, to the extent reasonable, under the circumstances to restrict further infringing activity by that party.
